Kittens

Cookie had kittens. They were so cute. Speaking of kittens, the largest cat litter was 19 kittens. Wow! Imagine if a human had 19 babies. That's a lot of children to take care of. Although I think kittens are cute, I wouldn't want 19 of them. That would  probably result in a lot of ruined furniture. It's hard to take care of kittens, or even cats for that matter. I'm glad that Cookie is not a kitten anymore. But  I think she's still as cute as one.

Cats have an awesome sense of smell

Cats can smell 14x better than any human. If you put a slice of meat on the floor in your basement,(If you have one) and your cat is upstairs,(not on the main level, the one higher(If you have one)) then you cat can smell it. Wait, that means that if someone farts, then it will smell 14x worse. Disgusting. That should be a TV show. A person with a cat's sense of smell, goes around and solves crimes using his nose. I don't think that TV show would be very good though.

Cats can jump so high

Cats can jump more than 4x the amount the average human. Cats can jump up to 8 ft high. Cats could jump over the fence in one jump. I see my cat sometimes jump onto the fence and jump again over the fence. Well I don't really have much more to say so, cats are amazing little creatures and my cat, Cookie, gives me joy throughout every day of the week.

Cats can be very old

The oldest living cat was 38 years old. Which is 266 years in cat years. Man that's old. That's older than most people used to live in the olden days when people live Alexander the Great was alive. Egyptians worshipped cats, so does that mean we should worship cats? I don't know. But the Egyptians were in the right mindset. Cats are the supreme rulers! Except one problem. Cats can't rule the entire world. That's a bummer. I said this in an earlier blog but here it is again, cats think they are the boss of you. (Maybe they are! bum, bum, bum!)

Cats are so cool

Did you know that cats can survive a 32 story building fall? I bet you didn't. Wouldn't it be cool if you could survive a 32 story building fall? So if you throw a cat off a 33 story building,(HOW COULD YOU!!!) then it would land on its feet and survive. It would make all the James Bond movies if James Bond was a cat. All his lines were in subtitles. Though it would be weird at the kissing parts. Hmm. Well here is a random picture of Cookie.

Cats can rule the world!

A cat is mayor in Talkeetna, Alaska. That proves that cats are better than dogs. Dogs can't even bury their own poop. Yet cats on the other hand, they can rule a city. Although the population was 876 in 2010, that is still a lot of people to rule by one cat. Stubbs, the cat mayor, died in July 21, 2017. It was probably a sad day for cat lovers. Dog lovers probably rejoiced at his funeral if he had one. But me living in Utah, know almost nothing about animals ruling cities. I used to have two cats but one ran away. His name was Tiger. His sister, Cookie I still have. You would have seen her in previous blogs if you read them. Here is a picture of tiger.

Cats have dominant and non-dominant paws

Female cats are right pawed. Male cats are left pawed. This isn't always true but it is for the most part. If you see a cat pawing at you and see that it is using its right paw, then it's most likely a girl. If it's using its left paw, then it is a boy cat. Do you want to use the same paw/hand as your cat? Then get a male if you are left-handed and a female if you are right-handed(most of the time). I dropped a treat on the piano and it fell in between to black keys. I then put my cat on the piano bench and she used her right paw to try and move the treat closer to her. It was hilarious to see my cat try to get the treat into her mouth. She eventually jumped off and went into her bed to take a long nap. Speaking of naps,

Cats are interesting creatures

A cat's brain is more similar to a human's than a dog's. I like this fact because I am not a dog person. The only dog I like is a husky. It would appear that cats could be trained easier, but that is not the case. If cats wanted to they would. Cats think that they are the boss of you. My cat meows at us until we follow her to whatever she wants us to do that she can't. If she wants to be pet, she will rub against us or something near us. I think my cat is pretty cute but not as cute as other cats. She is 13 years old sooo... Here is a picture of her.
